Refund policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
To request a cancellation, please contact us before dispatch using the details provided below.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- For prepaid orders (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet), the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date of successful cancellation.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable as no payment has been collected.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Returns
We do not accept returns on any orders once they have been delivered.
Replacement for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 5 business days of delivery.
To initiate a replacement request, you may be required to share:
- Clear images or videos of the product

Proof of damage, defect, or incorrect item as requested by our support team
Incorrect product includes:
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items from the order
- Incorrect variant (size, colour, or product type) received
Once verified and approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
Important Notes
- Requests raised after 5 business days of delivery may not be accepted.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or post-delivery wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
- All requests are subject to verification and approval by the SHOEGR team.
To avoid disputes, we strongly recommend customers record an unboxing video at the time of delivery, especially for products like SHOEGR Safe or if the package appears damaged or tampered with.
